Routine Maintenance

We provide routine maintenance services on a time and material basis for furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, evaporative coolers water heaters, related accessories and some solar systems.  Our technicians have an extensive checklist of items to clean and check for proper operation.  They carry state of the art equipment to test for gas leaks and carbon monoxide, and a video camera to help identify dangerous breaches in a furnace's heat exchanger.  Our technicians often identify parts at or beyond their typical life expectancy so they may offer, in a no-pressure way, a pre-emptive replacement of that part before it fails.  Please call 303.443.9762 to arrange a routine maintenance visit.   Equipment Serviced.

 

Planned Maintenance

Hundreds of Save Home Heat customers have us provide their equipment maintenance, as described more fully above, annually under a planned maintenance agreement.  The services are provided on a fixed cost, reduced rate price schedule.  The work is typically provided during our non-peak seasons, allowing us to provide the service at a lower cost.  In addition, customers with a maintenance agreement receive a 10% discount on all repair services on the covered equipment.  With a planned maintenance agreement we will call you to schedule the work, so that this often forgotten task is completed on schedule.  Please call 303.443.9762 for more information on a planned maintenance agreement.

 

Meet our Service Department

Save Home Heat provides repair and maintenance services on residential heating and cooling systems, as well as most light commercial equipment.  Our service department manager, Duane Corthell, has over 46 years of industry experience.  We have five full-time service technicians, all EPA certified.  Three of those technicians are NATE certified and the remaining two are currently in NATE preparatory classes (we anticipate their certification in the coming months).  We also have a full-time service department assistant to field and schedule incoming service calls.  One of our technicians is on call at all times.

Our technicians are all professional, personable, competent, and most important of all, honest.  Our service department holds meetings regularly with the objective of efficiency, effectiveness and integrity.  After a visit from one of our technicians, you will be provided a postage paid customer satisfaction card.  We take your feedback on these cards seriously and it has directly resulted in improvement to our services.  We look forward to your feedback and to your joining our satisfied customer base.
