Greetings to all Save Home Heat Customers:
Someday when we look back on what has now been 40 years of serving our customers, I’m confident COVID-19 will stand out as our most unique challenge. It’s now been well over a year since COVID-19 entered our everyday vocabulary, with more or less the whole world having absorbed a solid jolt.
As a provider of critical health and safety services, we took immediate steps at the outset of the pandemic to ensure we could continue this vital work. Masks and gloves, distance and sanitation protocols, and touch-free services became an immediate part of our routine as we reacted to provide health protection to our customers and employees. We thank you for cooperating with us.
As vaccination levels have increased sharply and infection rates have dropped, we will remain vigilant. Until further notice our workers will arrive at your home masked and prepared to work that way. They will also remain socially distanced from you. If you elect to operate at a more reduced level of safety during our visit, we will respect that. However, when scheduling please notify us (and we will continue to ask) if anyone in the household has been or should be quarantined so that we can reschedule or take additional precautions when needed.
If you have more specific safety needs or expectations, or any questions, please relay them to our dispatcher when scheduling your work and we will do our best to accommodate you.
